Return Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy:

  1. How to deal with items which are defective:
  • If the item is defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Take a picture of the item if defective, and then send it picture to us by email.
  • All items must be returned in their original package within 14 days of delivery, in order to qualify for an exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, we will give you discounts for an exchange or on the next order.
  • If customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation and beyond 14 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • After we get the returned product we will evaluate it and you should get our response through email within 2 working days.
  1. Dealing with wrong size or color
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnablemerchandise includes sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits and underwear.
  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Returning” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keeps the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Chic Couture Online
  • Shipping fees are not refundable but customer will get a discount of up to 30% for the next order.
  • We inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or discount.
  • Store Credit is valid only at joinwear.com

  • Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer needs to contact us first for the reason and we will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
  • All the shipped out order cannot be cancelled
